Signature Inspection Services LLC is a company that takes pride in educating potential homeowners on one of the largest purchases of their lives.  Since our founding, our mission stays the same: to provide homebuyers with thorough and comprehensive inspection services that will give them a sense of confidence and assurance in the property they are about to buy.

Meet the Owner

I grew up in Connecticut in a family of hardworking tradesman. From a young age I learned the skills and work ethic from my father who is a respected carpenter in northwest CT.

After  years of remodeling homes, I went on to pursue and obtain an E-2 electrical license and then a BPI (Building Performance Institute) certification to perform energy audits.  This is the where my skill set and technical knowledge will separate me from other home inspection companies.  Not only do I bring over 15 years of combined trade experience to the table, but I also provide energy efficiency knowledge to help you save money year after year.  My goal is to educate you on the strengths and weaknesses of the home you are considering so you can make an informed decision.

Radon Check

Radon Is a cancer-causing radioactive gas found in air or water in many homes. It is impossible to see, smell or taste radon but it may be a problem in your home. Have your home tested for radon and know the air your breathing and the water you're drinking are safe.

Water

The EPA recommends that all homeowners have their water tested annually. Our water samples are tested only by labs licensed by the State Department of Health. Results are available in 2-3 business days and include a comprehensive, easy to read report.
